EXECUTION OF PRESIDENTIAL DECREES AND ANALYSIS OF GOVERNMENTAL SYSTEM

With the 2017 Constitutional amendment, Turkey’s governmental system has been changed as Presidential Government and new entered into force on 9 July 2018. The government constitutes last step of trend strengthening executive branch in Turkey. By amendment Constitution, established a wide range exceptions to principle legal administration by foreseeing construction main organs state with Decrees. 
 Since publication first decree 2018, total 98 have issued.
